First, why not make a short poem about the story? ^^ You know, something to sum the whole story up.
Or you can re-write it to make it more...this century to understand...and maybe bring something up that times really hasn't changed too much, by the fact that teens still don't listen to parents, even when it could cost them their lives.
You could always make your own wings and write it from Icarus's point of veiw, or, if you are good at drawing, make a quick cartoon of the myth.
Or you could make the scene of Icarus calling out to his father for help ^^ with clay or something...though that could take some time...but it could be good. Blue clay for the water and then all that...or you can write a poem talking about Icarus's tragic end and how he should've listened...
Wow...I'm not that creative today...XD Hoped I helped! and I hope you get a good grade on your project! ^-^ Good luck! Oh, and next time you are having trouble with a project, you might want to ask for help the day before it is due...or talk to your teacher and tell him/her that you are having trouble =D They are there to help
