Cookie cutters & icing I want to make sugar cookies with cookie cutters and decorate them with different colored icings.
First of all, should I just buy vanilla icing and use food dye to make different colors?
And also to decorate can I get like a piping bag cheap? Where do I find them? Do they have just a plain thin flat tip, like a line shape?
Thank you!

Just to add:
You don't want to add food coloring to store bought vanilla icing- the food coloring will make it have a runny texture.
Use the royal icing search the other columnist gave you. Making your own is less of a headache.

You can make your own icing, very easily. Homemade icings are usually better, in my opinion.
You could always google it:
Wilton's your best bet- they're one of the best known food decorating companies out there.

Any place like Walmart or Michaels craft shop [or some local craft shop] will have all the supplies you need, and maybe even classes. You can make your own piping bag, too.

You just take a triangled shape piece of wax paper. Have one corner facing down, then two at the top. Fold in the two top corners, so it looks like a cone, with a very small hole at the bottom. Tape the cone shut. Drop in your tip, and possibly cut the hole bigger and you're ready to go. [You might want to roll down the top of the bag, to keep all the icing from oozing out the top onto your hands as you're working.]
You can go to any craft store or Walmart and find a cheap set of tips [either plastic or metal] and it will have a thin line shape, among other things you'll want to experiment with.
:] Happy decorating. ]
