hey i like this guy in my class but hes my best bud and i want to know if he likes me too without ruining our friendship i need some advice!

As far as ruining the friendship, your friendship can end anyway. Anything can ruin it, and hey, it may even be ruined if the two of you don't date. That's if he feels the same as you do. So I wouldn't let that influence your decision, considering your friendship could end at any moment for any given reason.
