abs and thighs

two thingsss
what is the best workout for getting your thighs toned? i dont wanna be walking around with huge thighs. i just want them to look toned.

anddd how do you do a good side crunch? i feel like im getting love handles and i wanna start now before its too hard ot work it off all at oncee?

ps. donttt put a google thing in here. i could do that myselfff, and i've already done it

It has great aerobic exercise videos that you can download for free without any kind of payment..

all you have to do is download the specific video you want and do the exercises with the instructor...
Its a very detailed video.. so its easy to follow.. you dont feel toooo tired either bcos she teaches you how to breath while doing the exercises...

I downloaded some workout exercises for my abs and thighs too
its working out great .. its 3 days since i started the exercises and i can see results..:D

most people will tell you crunches crunches crunches
yes, they help, but if you have a big belly, itll just create muscle under the fat and make your belly bigger.
so, try some cardio and do your crunches. itll also help your love handles.
