Okay...I went to Disney World the week of November 3rd-November 10th..but that's not my problem..I handed a note to my homeroom teacher and I don't think he got it, so the three days i was out, all my teachers marked everything i missed a 0..so basically im failing 2 classes..im so scared cuz if i fail one more class, i could stay back! and i dont want to..i am literally crying as im typing this..my moms going to email all my teachers asking them if i can do extra credit and stuff..right now i hate school..what can i do to bring up my grades??

Maybe give some free advice about: School? uisforukelele answered Tuesday November 27 2007, 11:17 pm: your mom needs to contact the principal and explain about the note. did you do your makeup work? at my school, the policy is that if you miss x amount of days of school, you get the same number of days to make the work up after you come back. it's probably different at yours, but the teachers shouldn't just give you 0s. if you get your mom to talk to your teachers/principal, your situation will get a whole lot better because most of the time teachers don't listen to their students... i've had one teacher put in 0s for test grades that i got 100s on, and she didn't even care! don't worry, you won't have to stay back just because you missed three days of school- i know this is stressing now, but just keep your nose to the grindstone for a few days and see if you can do extra credit (even though you shouldn't have to because they shouldn't count things as 0s if you weren't even there). definitely get mom involved! i hope everything works out for you. your mom should talk to all of your teachers and they should give you a week to redo it all.
dont stress over it, hun! its okay. just relax.
some teachers dont do extra credit, but if they offer it, do it. talk to your teachers after class and ask them what you can do to bring up your grade
this isnt your fault if you gave your teacher a note.
xsandos answered Tuesday November 27 2007, 9:46 pm: I think your mother should contact the principal and explain your situation. Most teachers vary when it comes to extra credit. Some teachers don't offer any at all and some give it every time you turn around. You need to ask each teacher what you can do or if they offer even the littlest extra credit assignment, make sure you do it. I really hope things work out for you.
