well it does but it depends on what type o mind you have well i can do tow things at one well in my mind it sounds like you can suck dick basically you can let someone fuck you can suck somebody else dick at da same time no say that you do but thats my opinion

The general meaning is simply multitasking, and it's typically used if you were texting someone and listening to music, for example.
Although I guess you could use it to mean "doing" two things at once...

Not to me, I don't think in general it's meant as something sexual. I hear people using it when they're trying to type a paper on the computer and talk on the phone. Just different stuff that requires you to do two things at once. I'm sure someone could use this in a sexual way, of literally doing two things at once, but I don't think that's the general meaning.
