I want to lose this weight by the time we go on vacation in february but i want to lose it healthy. over the summer i lost 20 pounds of it and was doing really well but i unfortunatley gained it back. i lost those pounds in the summer by eating healthy and doing the eliptical about once or twice a day and i would sometiems do sprints or stuff. does anyone have any tips or helpful ideas to help me lose my weight??

1. eat a small breakfast within a 1/2 hour of getting up, it starts your motablizim so you burn more fat
2. have a big lunch but make sure its all heathly, low fat pita bread is good with 3 slices of meat [cold cuts] and two of cheese or anything else you like on you snadwich
3. at lunch make sure you have an apple or carrots or a 100 cal. snack so your not super hungry later on
4. when you get home for the day a 100 cal snack is good to have, if you get the popcorn you put in the microwave, they have 100 cal ones that taste the same and it fills you up so you don't feel as hungry
5. dinner plate should be 1/2 veggi's, 1/4 pasta or carb, and 1/4 meat
6. a small dessert is ok 2x a week
7. drink alot of water, it helps alot, and if water gets boring get the crystal light to go packs, they have all dif flavorss of ice tea and lemonaid and there only 5 cal. per drink[no soda, juice, energy drinks etc.]
8. keep a small notebook next to your bed at night and write down everything you ate [be honest your the only one looking at it] it helps to see what you ate and when your not eatting well
9. when your hungry eat an apple or carrots or any other fruit you like
10. when you get a craving brush your teeth
11. make sure you do some type of cardo work out everyother day so u lose inches and not just pounds
