xxxRadioGagaxxx answered Friday November 23 2007, 8:25 pm: do you mean in February?
November has 30 days...
February has 29 or 28...it alters every 4 years, I think?
My friend's birthday is February 29th
and she gets to celebrate it genuinely every 4 years...she just celebrates it after the 28th and before the 2nd of March :]
but I'm not so sure about November...maybe you mixed the months up lol
Brandi_S answered Friday November 23 2007, 8:24 pm: Well, considering the only month that usually ends with the 28th is February, if someone is born on February 29 (leap year) then they would generally celebrate their birthday on the 28th for 3 years, the 29th every four years.
My nephew's birthday is November 29th, and since there is always a 29th of November, he always celebrates on that day.
