Tattoo I really want a tattoo and I know what I want. I've wanted it for about four years, but my parents say as long as they're paying for my education I can't get one. I'm only 16 so I need their signature if I were to get one. I know the owner of the shop and he's a great guy and tattoo artist and the shop was approved by the health department and everything. I've already checked everything out, and I have the money I need to get it.
But...I still need a parent signature. So I want to sit down my parents and talk to them about it and try to convinve them to let me get it? Any ideas for a sales pitch?

Try starting out with.. "I know how you both feel about this, but if you would only give me a few minutes to explain." Just so they calm down and don't jump to a quick yes instead of a slow no. Tell them all the GOOD things about the idea...the health department...the guy being a good artist etc. Tell them that you are growing up and wanting to take on responsibility. Show them what tattoo you want, and be willing to talk about it with them. Tell them you'll give them some time to think..no preasure. Just be an adult about it. Good luck -Adorkable ]
tell them you want it more then anything. tell them you will also get it where NOONE will see it. they will hopefully fall for that. ]
