In Australia what is the internet with the most usage and which company? I have bigpond with 12GB and I haven't heard anyone getting any more than that.

Most ISPs have unlimited download plans. It just depends how much you're willing to pay. You can get unlimited dialup on the cheapish side, but you're never going to download heaps because of the bandwidth.
I've heard Iinet has good value, and good reliability.
