I'm sorry, I've looked and looked as well and no luck. However, I'm going to give you this page, you may have already seen it, but it's gotta be one of brand names listed.

I looked and looked.
All I can tell you is the wallpaper on the phone looks like what I had on my old Cinglair phone. I searched the AT&T site for similar phones to no avail.
Maybe you can print the picture and take it into your nearest AT&T cell phone store and show the clerk. They may be able to give you the model.
