ok im gunna be straight forward..when i put a tampon in i have really bad pains in my stomach n side..y do i have these pains? it really hurts! please help

your probably putting it in wrong. and if your nervous about putting it in that could cause the pains also. when your worried about putting it in right, you get nervous and put it in at the wrong angel. i know it sounds weird but just relax and just put it straight up. =/ i used to have this problem. just relax. and if that doesnt help you might be using the wrong size. and if that doesnt help, its time to visit your doctor.

maybe you're using the wrong size but other than that i really dont know what could be the problem maybe you should try a diffrent size and if the pains dont stop you should think about going to see your docter

try putting it in at a different angle. sometimes when you put a tampon in at the wrong angle, it will sit in a weird way and be uncomfortable. also, try using a smaller tampon. the bigger it is, the more you can feel it and it will cause pains like that.
