Making JPEG pics smaller..

ok, so im making a bebo skin, and some of the graphics are too big, like one of them is supposed to be 40KB max. and mine is 59.
so is there like a program that i can use to reduce the size without making the actual picture smaller?

Yes, be sure to save the picture to your computer, then go to the following link. Click "Browse" and the picture you want to use, and click "Open." And there you go!

Open the picture and go to file, "save as". On the right of the save box will be a quality slider. Move it to the left. This will decrease the file size and quality.
