Hey. I'm 14/f. I'm not sure how much I weigh or my exact height but I'd say I'm about 5'1 and I'm about 97 - 100 pounds. I used to have a lot of muscle when I did cheerleading. Alot of that muscle has faded, but I'm not dissapointed about it, because I don't like having a lot of muscle, I feel like I look like a boy.

My question is, is there anything I can do to get rid of the flab I have on my arms and legs and stomach? I need simple exercises, becuase I have no gym acess, and it's really too cold to go outside. I know doing crunches is good for my stomach, but what about my legs? It's not like I can run anywhere..
And I have no idea what to do for my arms..

Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance.

well in my gym class we do leg lifts adn things that work our legs during warm up. we lay down sideways on the floor and lift our legs up and down. you would lay down on your side and lift the leg thats not on the ground. do that like 15 times on each side. then you could also do ones like that where you cross one leg over the other[ still in that side laying down position ]then cross the leg thats not on the ground over the other one, and lift the leg thats close to the floor a little bit. do that like fifteen times, on each side. you can also try wall sits. where you lean against the walland make ur whole body a right angle. _| that should be how your pelvic area should look and ur legs and knees should be like this.. |'' i hope i helped. :] 14/f
