Diabetes runs in my family and I want to be extra careful not to get it. What are some precautions I can take? thanks so much

well thats also runs in my family as well. i watch what i eat maninly and exercise to make sure my body is at its best. lay off the suger and watch what yo eat only eat healthy foods manly with the once-in-a-while treat.
