please help!

well right now im twelve and i haven't had my period yet but, im always so cautious about it and im afraid im gunna have it at gym and my gym teacher is a guy and he doesn't let you go to the bathroom. how can you tell besides seing blood through your pants that you have ur period because i KNOW im going to have it at school.

Bofore your period, you will get white stuff and that means that you will be getting it soon. You should defenetly buy panty liners and wear them. That way if you do start your period you won't leak. Always carry a pad or tampon in your purse just in case though.
