I'm like nervous to talk to him and stuff (im 14/f) but i don't want this to affect my grade. how can i move past this and focus on the schoolwork and not him?

And don't worry about him knowing that you have a crush on him. If you're shy or nervous around him, he'll probably just think that's your personality. And even if he DID have an idea that you think he's a cutie, it's really no big deal. Good looking guys are used to younger girls getting giggly or starry-eyed around them; if he's a mature, professional person, he's not going to let that affect your grade or his attitude towards you.
As for your schoolwork... just think of it this way. If you work hard and do well in the class, he's going to like you. Not that he's gonna offer you an engagement ring (haha), but hey, it's always nice be thought well of by someone you admire. So just try to enjoy the class... and the view... at the same time! Romance92 answered Saturday November 17 2007, 12:03 am: Well its not rare, to have a crush or like a teacher,it is very common in teens. Really the only way to get away or and stop focusing on him, and more on your school work is too go to your councilor or principal, and he/she that you will like to tranfer to a different same subject class. In My fiance and mine teen's 2 teen's advice program we deal with alot of student's that have crushes on there teacher's and it sort of hard to get them out of it because their will always be a little thing for them inside your mind just dormant which if you dont know what it means it just like its sleeping and after you do change classes you really need to try to do something to get your mind of him so it can go dormant and after that you should be fine but if you need any other advice to ask me or my fiance were here for anybody just ask.
