I'm making a scrapbook and I would like to know where I can buy um.. a 3 ring binding .. thingy XD

You know these?

Most office supply stores, such as Office Max, and maybe even Target would probably have them.


I'd suggest though, just buying an actual binder. Then, you can have fun decorating the cover, too!
