Hey.
Just talk to them like you would talk to your friends. Keep the conversation rolling, play games, ask fun questions. Just basically make it exciting.
Get the basic details, then ask what they enjoy doing, what music they're into, if they have any hobbies etc.
If you want their number, just be confident and ask for it. Although don't ask too fast because it might make them uncomfortable, as I assume you mean talking to girls online.
If you're okay with sending a photo, do it. :)
