I'm was wondering, is it better to brush or floss your teeth first? It probably doesn't matter, but I'm not sure...
Please only answer if you really know, not just a guess.

It dislodges and weakens the build up between teeth and around the edges. Then brushing removes the what is left in your mouth. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]

Some people say that when you use a fluoride toothpaste its best to floss first because to actually benefit from the fluoride toothpaste it has to come in contact with the tooth enamel. and if you don't floss first than the plaque on your teeth can prevent that contact. but thats just a theory so really it doesn't matter at all which you do first its all a matter of preference. Its just important to do both regularly. :)
