Ok theres is guy who was in my third grade Class and in a lot of my classes in 6th grade so in third grade i know he liked me alot and in 6th grade we flirted alot but haven't like went together so now i really am starting 2 have feelings 4 him but even if i do go with him i won't be able 2 talk 2 him on the phone cuz i cant talk 2 boys on the phone without sneaking on the phone and i know that talking on the phone is a big part of a relationship so wat can i do if i cant call him

You can go to his house, go different places with him or meet him somewhere, talk at school, etc. But if you can't talk on the phone, I'm concerned, will you be able to do any of the things I've listed? I hope so, because communication is key in a relationship. Without it, you have nothing. I have an idea - talk to your parents about this guy, let them know how wonderful he is, tell them little things he has done for you, etc. Invite him over for dinner one night, so they can get to know him. For most parents, this works. Good luck! =)

Go to his house, text him (If you have a mobile obviously and if he has one)
Email him, IM him. There's a program from google called SKYPE, maybe you could both download that!
It's like the "call" thing on MSN except its better quality! (It also has video/webcam)
