hi its me again just to let you know i know him well and speak to him and we are friends not just through msn and 4 years difference is not a big deal for me and him and i know he wants to be my boyfriend so what do i do??

Hey, thanks for clearing that part up.
I still reckon you need to tell your parents if you want to go ahead and have a relationship with this boy. For them to allow it, they need to meet him. Why don't you ask him to come over as a friend and let him meet your parents and your sister. Afterwards, you can hint to them you like him and then see what they say. You also must make it perfectly clear it will be non sexual.
If for some reason you can't have him over, explain to them there is a boy you like and you want to start dating.
If you need help, I'm sure your sister would be willing to back you up if you told her first.
If they allow it, that's fine. but if not, continue having him as a friend and who knows, maybe when you're 16 he still may be single. It's bad to go against your parents at this age - it will bring up alot of trust issues in the future etc.
Talk to them and see what they say.
