There's a lot of young kids these days that are in liek grade 1 and has the most FOUL WORDS ever! (Like I stated in another question posted called "names").

Turns out, he does go to my little brother's school. I'm in highschool this year so i don't know anything but turns out that he doens't live on ym street and my brother found out his class and teacher but that's it.

Is there any way i can find out his phone number or adress to contact his parents?

I recommend going to the Principal or Secretary at the school, and letting them know what's going on. They will take further action, from there on.

I think the best thing to do is contact that kid's teacher first, and complain about the student's foul language, and how this is a bad influence on your little brother as well as other students in the school/class. The teacher can speak directly with the student, and contact his/her parents.
Here's the best thing I think you can do:
-go to the school's office, and ask for a good time to have a meeting with the teacher...then you can discuss your concerns. You can ask the teacher to contact the kid's parents, and see if maybe you can get permission to do so yourself. For privacy reasons, the teacher/school may not wish to give you the student's information (phone, etc.,), so see what they say.
