But if the doctor can't figure out what's wrong with you, they might take your blood, which isn't good cuz then they'll be able to tell... But, your sickness might be because of weed, unless that wasn't the first or second time you've done it. You also might want to try and get more sleep. That always helps ;) [ ericalynn82489's advice column | Ask ericalynn82489 A Question ]

Tell him your symptoms and see what he says. If he cannot come up with a solution, which is highly unlikely that he won't, only then tell him that you did a small amount of weed. He is required to keep that confidential. I really think you should be fine. You illness is probably from something else. However, if the doctor seriously can't figure something out, it's important that you be honest with him about what you did so you can get better. Like I said, he will not be allowed to tell your mother.
If the doctor ran drug tests on you, yes, he WOULD know that you did drugs. Apparently, the weed stays in your hair for up to two years after you use it. I know this is true because one of my friends got busted for doing weed, even though he had stopped doing it two months before he got tested. The doctor ran a test on a strand of hair and detected the drug. This is just something you might want to keep in mind. Since you did such a small amount, this may not be the case for you, but you never know. [ sugarplum07's advice column | Ask sugarplum07 A Question ]

If you haven't already been to the doctor and you would like responces to your questions, then:
If your doctor requests that you take a urine test and they're actually looking for drugs, then they'd be able to tell.
It can take anywhere from 13 days to 3-4 weeks to get marijuana completely out of your system, though. It's been said that it only takes 3-5 days for the marijuana not to show up in your urine.
