my hair

ok i need help! ok so like ive been noticing my hair has been falling out alot lately. like i will brush it and sometimes it seems like just lots of pieces will come out, way more then usual. why is that? could it be because i straighten my hair? or like am i not eating right or something? please help me because im getting kind of sick of this! and kinda worried...

I wouldn't worry too much. The average person loses at least 90 hairs a day!

Yes, straightening your hair can be a factor due to the damage that it causes. Try putting a protective straightening serum (like Bed Head products) on your hair every time you do straighten to prevent too much damage. It would also be good to use shampoos and conditioners with lots of protein in them (like Mane and Tail).

well try eating more protein. and geletin. like jello. it can be because your straightening it and it kills off the roots but im not sure, try different things like that

It's normal to lose up to 100 hairs a day. If you think about it, it's quite a lot. and it can be caused through straightening, yes.
There are many reasons for hair loss, such as:
Stress, underactive/overactive thyroid, hormonal imbalances, birth control pills, too tight hair styles, alopecia, etc. If you think you may be losing more hair than is average, talk to your doctor to rule out any problems.
