how to say it
there is this kid that i like. not a little crush "like", but the kind of "like" where your chest feels all compressed and your heart feels like its going to crawl out. i talk to him and think i've gotten to know him a lot and we say hi in the halls and stuff and he's just starting to get to know the real me. i can't get him off of my mind...ever! i want to tell him i like him but i'm not sure how he'll react or what he'll say. his last relationship wasn't that great and i know he got hurt. please give me an idea on how to tell him.

anyways, tell the boy you like him! whats there to loose? theres a reason for people being in you life, and telling could open up a whole new door<3. you never know what could happen. remember, he might not date you because he's been hurt before, so assure him you wont hurt him in any way. i say, get to know him even more, ask him more questions, get more personal. when you know he might be feeling something, and your feeling really into him, ask him. who knows - he might beat you to it by then!
if you want a relationship to last, before it even starts you have to have a bomb friendship. he obviously doesn't hate you, so the relationship you have now can only get better. after you've gotten to know eachother more- you'll both feel it. it'll just be natural, and you could just say the casual line "will you go out with me? :D". give it a go, because you never know, he's probably diggin' you too! (:

i would just hint at it dont go out and say it make it little hints to and if he doesn't notice hint bigger and bigger until he does notice and then just go from there thats the best advice i can give also if he were a hat start by snatching it that is usaly a pretty good way to be seen and still be quite about it i know from personnel experience

If I were you, I would say something casual.. something that hints that you like him instead of just coming out with it. I would say something like "She was crazy.. what kind of girl wouldn't like you?" or that "Any girl would be crazy to pass up someone as great as you".. or maybe that "You would be happy with someone half as great as him"
