BACKHAND SPRING..ALMOST THERE Backhand springs..me and my mom has been practicin and practicin...i have now built up the strength and speed to do one.. the only problem is i dont jump back...im scared to...but what i do is clap an step 2 times back then dip and do a backbend and mom helps flip me over..i can do it realy fast its just tha i cant jump back,cause im scared..can u please help me...im on a cheerleading squad..

You just have to get over yur fear. I've had mental blocks and I still do, but I just push past. Doing your backhand spring at practice will help because your team will cheer you on and it gives you a boost. Also, get tips from people who actually can do them so they can show and teach you how. Practice makes perfect. Hope this helped ]
