Point out stuff you like, and he'll probably point out stuff that he likes and in no time you won't be able to stop talking! [ RegalSilver's advice column | Ask RegalSilver A Question ]

I myself had the SAME PROBLEM a few weeks ago. He asked me out over the summer, we talked on AIM, and during school only a few one word phrases. So now it's october and we're broken up. And a found a new guy, i like less, but talk to more. See i don't think it's REALLY nerves, it may be that your friends are just more talkative, or that you are unsure if people will think your a flirt or something like that. All i can say is start the conversation, and talk about things that he likes and can talk about for HOURS.

Comment on something he has with him, like if he has a skateboard with him, talk about skateboarding. Keep yourself updated on the news. Like I was out of convo with my hairdresser the other day, so I talked about staph infections which I saw on NBC, which kept a good convo for about 15 or so minutes. Or talk about the new movies that are coming out, or something light gossip. [ missbananafontana's advice column | Ask missbananafontana A Question ]
