where can I get this grain at?

It is called quinoa or something like that I was told it keeps you REALLY full and I wanna know where I can get it and how to make it.

You can buy it in health food shops and you could also get it on on line. Although as I prefer to see food before I buy it I get it from a shop.

It is a good nutritious food with lots of protein, it's also low in allergens. You can put it in lots of things so I've added a website with recipe ideas.
