Okay so my first kiss/ french was a few weeks ago. I FREAKKED out for like 3 years about what was i going to do. I didnt bealive anyone when they said it comes natural but really it does and there is no way to practice because the real thing is way different. The only thing i can suggest is writing the guy your kissings name in script with your tounge .really ou just move your tounge around in there moth and breathing or anthing isnt a problem. well. it depends. everybody does it different. you can use as much tongue as you want. its your choice. just start by kissing and slowly work into it. it'll happen on its own without having to give it too much thought. just dont be nervous and focas on it. that kinda kills it. you need to be wanting and willing to do it and everything should just fall in place as long as you feel comfortable with the person.
