ipod nano
i have a pink ipod nano, and idk whats wrong with it. it doesn't turn on. has this happened to anyone before ?
and also, if i take it back to the apple store and ask them to fix it or give me a new one, will they ?
without a receipt though, because I don't have one anymore.. i lost it.

Try all the things that are in the handbook about when your iPod is not turning on, and if none of that works, take it to an Apple store or Best Buy. How long have you had it. I think if it's over like a year or something then they won't give you another one, especially w/o the receipt. But if you like just got it, like a month ago or something, then they might. Depends on what was wrong with it. Without a receipt, they'll probaby give you like "depreciated value credit" which is going to be less than you paid for it gift card, which you can only use at an Apple store. Good luck.

Oh that happened to my newer nano
It the handbook it says to hold down the middle and menu buttons for 30 seconds and an apple should appear on the screen and it will restart

make sure its not locked (the button on the top) and try plugging it in the charger and leaving it there for awhile.
