Well I read a book called the boy book and it said that Boobs are Little Boys magnets is that true and also like everyone in my family has big boobs and I do too but im only 13 and Im like a C already is that normal?

Well, I'm a 16 year old "boy" and I don't care if they're D or flat chested. Boobs are nice, but... an looks can't make up for a bad personality. All guys are different though, so some might just be interested in that kind of thing. Depends on the guy really.

However you happen to grow is perfectly normal (respectively speaking, if you're healthy, etc.) It may not be average size for your average 13-year-old girl, but not everyone's average. I know a girl who didn't even have a size till this year. Some guys only choose chicks for their boobs, but most guys don't. Looks and bodies ARE what first attract guys, that's true, but they fall in love with your personality. I wouldn't worry about it.
