is it possible to acquire food poisoning by eating two foods together? are any foods eaten together deadly?

Certain exotic foods have medicine-like chemicals in them that will react badly with other exotic foods with medicine-like chemicals. You will not find these foods anywhere near you, don't worry aobut it.

I know food posisoning can be aquired from the food being expired, someone not washing their hands before they prepared it, or having a dirty preparation place.

Two foods together? Like potatoes and peas? I wouldn't think so, or else everyone who ate shepherd's pie would be home sick. And I would guess like a poisonous food like black pepper in large amounts with something else poisonous or even something non-poisonous would make them deadly... or poisonous. If you meant something else, which I would imagine to be likely, leave me a message or something, and I can answer that one.
