If you are able to go more than 8 hours without urinating you are at risk of dehydration and really need to drink more water. If you need to go and are holding it in, you could end up with a urinary tract infection. When you go, take the time to completely empty your bladder. But always err on the healthy side... drink lots and pee lots. [ familyfirst's advice column | Ask familyfirst A Question ]
XSugarPieX77 answered Friday October 26 2007, 2:20 pm: Well, i take a leak [lol] about 10 times a day. Only because I drink a lot of water. It deffinitly depends on how much you drink during the day. I say, if you drink an average amount of water throughout the day, probably 3-5. Unless you hold it in...then, evidently it wouldnt be that. Its not good to hold it in...could lead to urinary problems...so, peeing is good! haha. Hope i helped!
