if you like this guy go for it! you dont have to chose a relashionship that you dont like or a boy you want to go out with. you dont even know if this girl will get mad. sometimes the truth hurts and sometimes you have to be mean. your being two faced if you pretend you like her and you dont. dont make her hate you, just make her realize that shes not your style. basically, make her buz off and leave you alone!

If you're not super-close friends, I think it's okay to date your friend's exes. Granted, dating 'your best friend since preschool's ex-boyfriend who she dated for two years' is a bad idea. But if you never dated the ex of ANY of your friends... you probably wouldn't get a boyfriend until you got out of high school.

So, since you both like each other (and you don't just want to date him to make her hate you, because that's using him) say yes. She may not even notice. If she does, explain that you genuinely like him & you never intended to hurt her.
