advice15 answered Tuesday October 23 2007, 5:27 pm: i used to pop my knuckles alot. i would recammend to keep your hands busy, find one of those squishy stress release balls and put it in your pocket. When you feel like popping your knuckles, just squeeze the ball thingy, it worked for me. i hope it works for you! [ advice15's advice column | Ask advice15 A Question ]
