i dont know if you could actually help me out here but ill try, latley ive been really upset, i have a lot on my mind and i dnot know what it is, im just not happy that much anymore. i feel like i need to get away from all the drama and stress from sports and school ? but i dont know what to do . i dont wanna turn to my close friends for help i wanna try and work stuff out on my own is that good or no?

I get upset over the littlest things too but I keep it to myself and I get over it. Getting away from drama and some people is a good idea. Take a weekend for yourself and just relax. Chill and don't do anything stressful. Don't worry about school that much because it will be so stressful. It's not a bad idea to talk to your close friends. They could help you out and maybe they know what you're going through. If you really want, try to figure it out on your own and what it is that you really want.
