more flexiable What are something I can do to be more flexiable. Im a cheerleader and our competion is coming up and I want my jumps and spilts to be better.
So I guess Im also asking for things to do to make my jumps better too.. THANKS! =D

You need to stretch constantly. Go to a gym specially for cheerleaders. They have a ton of equipment that has stuff to help with jumps/splits & whatever else you need help on.
Or ask your coach to help you get them down better. If your coach is busy, ask another cheerleader from your squad. Until then:

You have stretch...the stretch that helped me with my split was:
Put you foot on something 1-2 feet off the ground
put the other foot behind you (STRAIGHT)
reach and put ur palms on watever your foot is on
hold for 60 seconds.....5 times...5 times in a row
then switch feet
