Running can damage your feet if you dont run right, make sure you have the right sneakers, Nike is a good brand for running shoes. Also make sure you are not stomping while you run, gentley allow your feet to hit the ground when you run. Remember running cures everything so keep going!

No, running is good for your feet and body in general. Though as the precious columnist stated, if you have too old of shoes or bad socks on, it can cause some problems.

running itself? no

incredibly sweaty, damp, and unclean socks do. old shoes can wear feet down incredibly aswell. otherwise your body will adapt to the harsh demands of running by forming callusus on your foot.

double check your socks, your shoes, and if your problem persists, try to ease up and call a doctor or even better, a foot doctor.
