Having been in Crazy For You, there really aren't any monologues since musicals generally lack them. I'd suggest picking a monologue from somewhere else and using it. Make it upbeat and fun since that's the idea of the show.
Most of the songs from the show should work for a soprano auditions. Listen to the soundtrack and find one you like. [ BlackAngel's advice column | Ask BlackAngel A Question ]

What I did is I got the lyrics sheet and I read through it over and over and then I sang it at least twice each day before auditions. I'm not the world's greatest singer, but always save your voice for the audition. Sing in moderation. Talk in moderation. Gargle plenty of warm salt water, and get rest!!
Oh, and if you ever get a light headed feeling before performing, or ever feel like you're about to piss yourself (gross, I know, sorry :P) start planting your feet hard and firm into the ground. Start with your feet, and continue to make your body stiff with your legs, hands, arms, etc. You will not feel as weak and the nervous jitters will mostly be gone.
