age of legal dating

Does anyone know how to find out what the age of legal dating is in your state? I live in pennsylvania and I want to know if the age when
dating a minor is illegal like 17 or 18 or what.I already searched for it but I didn't really know how to phrase it and didn't get anything helpful. Thanks!!!

Actually, you can date whenever and whoever you want. I beleive what you are referring to is the legal age of consent. That only applies for having sex. The legal age of consent for Pennsylvania is 16.

you can date at whatever age you want
but you cannot have sex with a person under 18 if you are over 18 because its "illegal"

i was talkinggg to my mom and she said the dating age is up to the parents. not like a legal thingg. so im guessing you can date at w.e age but im not 100% positiveeeee! hope i helppped!
