My boyfriend is currently deploy in Iraq and I got a letter from him yesterday.Everything's fine with him.I want to write back a letter for him but right now I live in different state, different place. My question is should I have to go to the post office if i want to send him a letter or can i use my regular mail-box?And what kind of stamp i have to use?I really want to know cuz i can't wait to write a letter to him cuz I sure he will be waiting for my letter. And i'm not a native speaker so if you find something weird grammer in my question...please forgive me and answer my question.Thanks...so much!

Yes, you should go to the post office. The stamps they will tell you about- because it costs a little more money. Good luck to you, and your boyfriend- and I hope he remains in peace. ]
I'm almost positive that you go to the post office, though I'm not sure what stamp to use, but you can ask the person at the post office. They'll know exactly what you can do.
P.S. I wish your boyfriend and you nothing, but the best =) ]
