infected nose piercing

hey.. I got my nose pierced like 6 weeks ago and it was fine till just the other day, i started getting a little bump around the piercing hole... how can i reduce the size of the bump and make it go away??

heyy hunn
okay well first go buy some polysporin medication (its like a gel and you can buy it off the counter) then take a q-tip and put it in the gel and apply it to the inside of your nose on and around your bump. keep doing that as often as you can like 2...3 times a day if you want. it should go away in no time. trust me happend to me, and it worked amazing
