my friend said that if i use like baby shampoo like johnson&johnson that would strip yur hair color, is that true ?

If you want to strip your hair of the dye, either wash your hair a lot with normal shampoo that doesn't protect against hairdye, or just wait for it to fade out.

Of course not. It's specially for babies so it will be very mild on your hair. It's good for people with sensitive scalps. If there's no reason for you to be using it, use a regular shampoo specifically for your hair type - it'll work better anyway.
