a boy i like

Question Posted Wednesday October 17 2007, 9:59 pm

so i'm in 9th grade and i'm 14. i really like this guy and we'll just call him...timmy.lol. ok, well, i've liked timmy pretty much since the begining of the skewl year. well, he found out that i like him cause my friend sorta told him (its a really long story..) well, he told her that he doesn't like me that much, but he would probably like me more if he knew me more. and his friend and my friend just told me to talk to him and have a convo w/ him. btw i have 3 classes with him and a lunch if that helps. well, at the start of the year, i didn't talk to him a whole bunch, but this past week i've been talking to him quite a bit. but there is a prob. he is going to ask this other girl out. so i'm really pissed cause right when i start talking to him, he gets a gf. i'm just like wth?? and i'm the type of person who belives everything happens for a reason and there are signs for like everything. so is this like a sign that we aren't supposed to go out?? everyone who knows i like him thinks that we would look cute together cause like the bodytypes, dark hair and dark eyes. i think we would be really cute to but i just don't know how to make it happen. see, i'm really shy around guys, but i've been trying to start to talk to them more, which i actually have been making some progress the last couple of weeks. but i just need some help! what do i do??? everyone thinks that timmy and his "gf" won't last very long and i don't eaither just cause they are nothing alike and she is a HUGE flirt, but i just don't know. help please!!!

okay well i'm the same way so dont trip'
- thay might last a week if shes a huge flirt if that mabe even shorter then a week, )i'm not trying to bumm you) but if she really likes him, she might stop being suchs a flirt for him but, dont let that stop you!! what id do is id talk to hi even though there dateing; not like go behind her back and stuff just when your at lunch talk to him -ABOUT ANYTHING-
some good stuff HEY.. timmy :)
sit down and be like whats up.. or how is your day going so far!? TIMMMMY lol that always works i'm pretty sure something will pop in your head, but anyways if you keep talking to hima nd go out of your way just to talk to him, he will start to see that you Still like him and just because he has a new girl friend doesnt mean your gonna stop likeing him and if you to talk alot he might even like you more then his girl friend if he does get to know you then DUH why not you to will hit it off :) just talk to him as much as you can dont be shy because its gonna be worth it all my love;;

talk-- easyest thing you can do to show you still care and like himm; hope o helped :)

This is sorta like the other persons answer, except i'm adding more to it.

I think it is a sign, but thats just my opinion. Now, you're 14?? relationships at this age are not going to last long. so in this case, its a good and bad thing. Good thing- that timmy and his "gf" won't have a relationship that will last long. Bad thing- neither will yours and timmys.

Now, I'm not saying jump on her back and start attacking her and threatening her to not go out with him. you have no right to do that. It's his decision who he likes, not yours... so there's nothing you can do about that.

It sounds to me that the only reason that you're friends want him to go out with you is because you 2 would look 'cute' together. Notice how I put quotation marks around cute... what my point is, is that they're basing your relationship with him on looks.

Looks arn't everything. Do you actually have something in common with this dude? Its best right now that you still talk to him, give him a FEW hints that you like him... but don't overdo it so that the other girl starts hating you and threatening you.

just let the chips fall into place. Don't even plan what you're going to do, and just let it happen by nature. Let the problem find its way to the answer by itself.

hope i helped!

it's probably a sign yes, these things happen almost all the time really so no need to worry. You should really think this situation through, im not saying it's a bad decision but im saying you should take this into consideration that maybe he isn't the right guy for you. You're still very young and the world is so large, you don't really need a boyfriend right now anyway i think. You should really get to know the male mind while you can while in school, and it's very easy.

Most guys are pretty much cavemen status, and yes very simple... in a way. Yes, no, grunt, it's the same with all guys, hell even me too. ^^ Women are huge flirts too, it's common either if they're with guys or not. Also take in mind that they're still young so it probably wont last anyway, usualy couples that are in elementary, middle, or high school don't last till the years up and they go to college.

Think on it for a while, you're a smart women im sure, take the time and just reflect what you want ^^ well i hope i helped so please take care.
