Starting a period a couple days earlier
Im going on a vaction to cuba with a bunch of friends and im supposed to get my period the day we leave, so i will have it the entire time were there. I was wondering if there is any way to make it start even a couple days early so that the worst part with be over when we go.

You can't make it start earlier without starting some form of birth control. But I'm assuming you don't want to do that...

I don't think I know any ways to make it come sooner, but I know how to skip it for a month. If you're on birth control, when you get finished with your regular pills, and you go to take your first pill in the last line (the uneffective ones) don't take any of them, skip straight to your next months birth control and take the first pill. ♥

The only thing that really has any control over that would be birth control where you can pretty much plan out when you will have periods. If you ask the doctor who prescribes this to you, he will be able to explain all the details.
