You should exercise 30 minutes or more a day. Everyone should.

Do sit ups and the treadmill until you're tired. I can't really tell you how many is best for you because I don't know your exact condition or how strong you are. If you get tired too fast then try working out in shifts. Like if you run for 10 minutes and you're tired just take a 5 minute break then go for another 10. Don't get discouraged.

As for food-
Eat fresh foods. No take out, if you can help it. Try to keep proportion in mind. For example, the correct serving size of meat is about the size of your fist. Restaurants have a way of making proportions WAY too big. In some places one plate is the correct serving size for a while family. I would suggest not going to restaurants unless you are fine with leaving all the extra food on your plate. If you drink a lot of pop, you should cut down or stop all together. The carbonation in pop expands your stomach...not the size, but the actual organ, and that makes it harder to feel full. You should only ever eat until you feel full. Recognize wanting to eat out of boredom and actually being hungry.

xP hope this helped.

Start of with oing about 20 mins a day on your treadmill that should help a bit but not oo fast and oyu should find you can build it up as you loose more and become moe healthy.
Sit ups id say about 50 but you wont see the affects of the sit ups untill youve lost some weight because all that does is tone the muscule because you wont be able to see it for the fat.
Just eat healthily and try and cut out snacks that should help.
Good luck
hope this helps
