cheerleading

Question Posted Sunday October 14 2007, 11:06 am

Ok so im 14 years old and im a freshman in highschool.. i dont play any sports so i was going to try out for tennis this year but i didnt because i didnt know how to play.. so i passed up that sport opportunity and in high school you really have to get involved if you want to be regconized and i dont do anything really.. i just want to be able to have a lot of friends and i want to be able to talk to the football players.. so i thought that i might want to become a cheerleader.. some of my friends are cheerleaders but i dont know anything really about cheerleading.. and my older brother that just graduated high school last year was a football player and he was SO popular.. i just want to be as well known as him so i thought maybe cheerleading would be good.. and if i ask my friends that cheer for help i think they might tell me that its too late to learn how to cheer but idk .. any advice?

It's never too late to learn how to cheer, remember that. I've been a cheerleader and it was fun, I think it would be a great thing for you to do. If I were you, I'd ask my friends about it and let them help you. If they're your friends, they'll help you out.
