Anybody know a site that lets you download FREE completely FREE FREE FREE japanese, emo and rock music?!?!? PLEASE! I'm getting an iPod, so BOOM!!!!!

Alright, firstly you can download JROCK/JPOP on any english speaking downloading programs as they are worldwide, and it covers every country and every culture. Therefore you *DONT* have to move to Japan just to listen to their music.
A few to try are:
LimeWire
BearShare
FrostWire
and if you want more just Google: File Sharing Programs
If you know specific titles of the songs you want try Altavista's MP3 search although I don't reccomend this as it searches links people have put on the internet but here is the link anyways:

Not every country is the USA, and the internet is worldwide, so you can easily get Japanese songs if you look. Good luck.

We live in the USA so we dont listen to japanese music. So go on limewire and search for japanease music or move to japan and go listen to their music.
