I am only 15 years old. and I dont have best friends. Not like my old ones anyway, I failed the 7th grade and all of my older friends moved on without me. It was okay at first but then I sorta moved on but they did. They moved on to high school the next year and they completely just moved on. They said that it would be different once I get into high school. but its not. I just want to be friends with them again. Its not the same with my other friends...

The thing you've got to ask your self is 'do i really wanna be friends again with people who can easily forget me?' if not then the best thing to do would be to stay with your new friends and let them become your best friends.
People move on even if you don't want them to its a fact of life, you just have to deal with that and move on yourself.

You can't compare new friendships with past friendships, because that will never work. They aren't the same people.
You just have to let the old friends go and make the best of it with your new friends. I know, that isn't what you want, but believe me when I tell you that your new friends will become your best friends if you give it the chance.
Listen, if your old friends were really friends, they wouldn't have left you in the dust.
